I was looking for a good size home to have walkout basement and full bathroom, in the specific area to be near masjid and also cost me no more than 500K. It was impossible without my agent help. He worked day and nights to find my desired home. Scheduled 20 plus homes for tour all within 4 weeks. While touring homes , sometimes I was arriving late and he was very patience. He never hesitated to talk to the seller agent each time when we find an issue with the house we contracted, he had seller to resolved all the issues even on the day of closing. Unlike other agents, he rejected few homes during the tour which was not a feasible one for us. At the end of each tour he went over the pros and cons of the home and provided us with professional recommendations. He did his best to find us a home which meet all of our expectations in the timely manner. I highly recommend him for all who know me or don’t know me. He is now my brother agent and hopefully will be come our family agent when planning to buy or sell a house.
